- Discounted Child, Youth and School Services programs Registration for CYS Services is now FREE for all families. Families of deployed Soldiers, Rear Detachment personnel, Wounded Warriors and Fallen Warriors also receive free SKIES classes and Youth Sports Classes, courtesy of the Army Family Covenant.
- Discounted Childcare Families of deployed Soldiers, Rear Detachment personnel , Wounded Warriors and Fallen Warriors receive reduced full/part time care fees, discounted hourly care, free respite care, and free hourly or Kids on Site care for mandatory deployment-related meetings, courtesy of the Army Family Covenant.
- Discounted Golf and Bowling Families of deployed Soldiers and recently redeployed Soldiers and Families can enjoy up to $5 off green fees at Army Golf Courses and $1 off up to 3 games at Army Bowling Centers.
- Extended Facility Hours Weekend and holiday hours at Martinez and Fort Shafter Physical Fitness Centers, the Schofield and Fort Shafter ITR Offices, the AMR Library, and Schofield Outdoor Recreation facilities have all been extended.
- Free Pet Care Families of deployed Soldiers are given 12 FREE days of pet care at the FMWR Kennel with a valid Blue Star Card.
- Youth Program Transportation New buses are now in use transporting youth to better access programs and activities to support and assist geographically single parents.
- New School Age Services Building A brand-new School Ages Services building is currently under construction to serve the Schofield Barracks community, funded by the Army Family Covenant.
- New Parent Support Program Staffing Staffing for the New Parent Support Program has been increased, courtesy of the Army Family Covenant.
- EFMP Respite Care Respite childcare options for members of the Exceptional Family Member Program have been increased, courtesy of the Army Family Covenant.
