Mindfulness - Learn disciplined meditation techniques to develop a clear awareness of the present moment and relieve the stress of the day.
Mondays and Wednesdays beginning October 14, 2009 6-7 p.m., SGT Yano Library
Tai Chi - The art of tai chi uses gentle flowing movements to reduce the stress of today’s busy lifestyles and improve general wellbeing.
Thursdays beginning October 15 7-8 p.m., Martinez Physical Fitness Center
Chi Gung - a unique collection of exercises from China designed to help relieve stress on mental, emotional and physical levels.
Thursdays beginning October 15 6-7 p.m., Martinez Physical Fitness Center
All classes are free for active duty Soldiers and Family Members. Classes are $4 per session for all other authorized patrons. A monthly unlimited class pass is also available for $25. Please wear appropriate comfortable athletic wear for all classes. Call 655-4804 for more information. |
