The BOSS program is a Morale, Welfare, and Recreation program for single soldiers. The BOSS Council organizes and conducts activities for single soldiers. These include activities to the beach, outer islands, off-post entertainment venues, and activities/parties in the BOSS Lounge, which boasts a big screen television and areas for table games.

Meetings are held monthly at the Tropics, Schofield Barracks. BOSS participants are also involved with the local community, participating in the annual NFL Pro Bowl and special events, which included events such as the Rolling Stones Concert, Miss America Pageant, and the Make A Difference Day.
