Mobilization &
Deployment
Mobilization
& Deployment is focused on MISSION READINESS.
‘Education is the best prevention’, if we provide our families
with the survival tools, we will increase their ability to deal
effectively with the various situations that may arise as part
of military life. We believe in ‘helping them to help
themselves’ by offering a variety of support services ranging
from pre-deployment assessment through tips on a successful
reunion. If Soldiers know their families are prepared, have
effective survival and coping skills, and have the support
services readily available for them, then they can focus on the
military mission.
Soldier Readiness + Family Readiness = Mission Readiness
We strive to ensure centralized and fully coordinated effort
between unit rear detachment, families and community services
during all phases of a deployment cycle, during routine training
exercises and when Soldiers are in garrison.
