The Family and Morale,
Welfare and Recreation (FMWR) Blue Star Card Program is a FMWR discount and
activity card for Spouses and Families of deployed Soldiers.
The Blue Star Card Program
includes:
- Everyday Benefits, to
give Spouses an extra discount at FMWR facilities
- Childcare Benefits, to
give families a break through Child and Youth Services Programs
- Specials
Events/Activities to provide the opportunity for Family members of deployed
Soldiers to have some fun while their Soldier is away

Why do we do it?
FMWR
recognizes the sacrifices Families of deployed Soldiers make everyday. We
provide the Blue Star Card Program in appreciation of their selfless service to
the Army Community and to demonstrate our commitment to providing quality
programs and services for a quality life.
